To register for a Christmas hamper this year, please fill out the form below with the required information.

Hamper pick-up will be at St. Mary’s Hall from 1-3pm on December 10 for “Singles” and “Doubles” and December 11 for “Families”.

*Hampers must be picked up in-person and identification is required. Arrangements must be made to pick up your hamper. Unclaimed hampers will go to the local food bank.
